Our digital peer-to-peer mental, emotional, and social support model works: Meeting people where they are, in real-time, and delivering clinical-grade outcomes. We’ve already been the go-to emotional support for 1.8 million unique individual users, and we’ve partnered with marquee enterprise clients including multiple national health plans, Fortune 50 employers, EAPs, Hospital Systems, Medicare Supplement, Medicaid, Universities, and High Schools. We’re seeking subject matter experts (SMEs) in the populations and verticals we serve: Medicaid, Medicare, Employee Benefits, Behavioral Health and EAPs, and more. About You
VP, Client Solutions is a business development role, but prior sales experience is not a prerequisite. We’re interested in you as a subject matter expert who has career expertise in building solutions across Behavioral Health, Employee Benefits, Medicare and/or Medicaid and can have meaningful conversations with senior leaders and clinical decision makers. We’ll coach you on the sales process!
- Enjoy navigating health plans and large employers, and are an expert at achieving layered stakeholder buy-in
- Enjoy creative and dynamic consultative interactions with complex buyers, articulating value propositions and co-creating solutions
- Enjoy researching and investigating potential client organizations to understand their business model and internal organizational structure.
- Can instill trust as you develop relationships, serving as a thought leader throughout the sales and contracting process as well as post-implementation
- Eager to work closely with our Client Success & User Activation team to craft messaging and materials
- Feel ready to attend conferences, customer meetings, and travel up to 30% (as needed)
- Are excited by the upside opportunity of a growing startup and the ability to do good while doing well
- Believe in what we do and are ready to change the paradigm of care delivery
Your Experience
- Minimum 3 years related SME experience in Behavioral Health, Employee Benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, Population Health, or Hospital Systems
- Understanding of the market dynamics of health plans, EAPs, and self-insured employer benefit plans
- Understanding of the mental health solutions landscape
- B2B value story creation and communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to different leadership roles (e.g. product, finance, clinical) and communicate them effectively via powerpoint presentations and emails
- Bonus skill: Experience using Hubspot or equivalent to manage a pipeline, reporting and performance dashboards
